The chairman of the assembly, Glauk Konjufca, has said she does not believe there will be a fluctuation of relations between Kosovo and its friendly states following the CEC's decision on the dinar.
Konjufca said that friendly states always advise and push Kosovo to act as they think, but according to him, Kosovo is what makes its decisions and <x0th) never makes decisions unilaterally as it is supposed.
The question for the dinar has been known since the time Vetevendosje Movement has now waited for three years to make that decision. Internationals have known that under VV's rule such a decision will be made because when other formations were in power, a rule that is written has not been implemented. The illegal dinar in Kosovo has been in effect since Euro”.
The “Well it has functioned illegally because it has closed one eye to Kosovo institutions, the government, the CEC and Kosovo financial institutions. For a moment we decided not to close our eyes and show that this is what it says on paper. I don't think this should be a big problem for the international community, that I consider an increase in law enforcement”, Konjufca said.
The head of the assembly further said that after the recent BEC decision, there will be new measures against Kosovo.
“We assure [the international community] that no negative effect on the lives of Serbs this will have. The problem is the money “kesh” that is coming to Serbs with a sack of”.
Some people are then connecting the Serb population to these, to blackmail, to control, that's the problem, and that's not the problem that Serbs will be left without pensions and salaries. I don't believe there will be new measures”, he said.
