He mentioned the 2016 decision, saying:
“Questioning the Constitutional Court and judicial decisions undermines the independence of the judiciary, eroding the rule of law. The 2016 decision on the land of the Decani Monastery is binding on all persons and institutions, except for”.
Although the issue of the Decani Monastery property that several years is “legally resolved”, the problem remains unfinished.
The Constitutional Court had ruled in favour of the monastery.
