Blinken says there is still work on reaching a Gaza truce

This statement was made by the American chief diplomat after the Palestinian radical group presented several conditions for such an agreement that conflicts with the war purposes Israel has decided.
Hamas has unveiled a three-phase plan that would be implemented in a period of four and a half months, leading to the end of the war and the release of all hostages in exchange for the release of Palestinian prisoners, and the end of the war.
Israel has set out to destroy Hamas' military and governing capabilities, but the plan presented by the radical group would effectively give him power in Gaza, and would enable him to rebuild military capabilities.

This minister does not differentiate between civilians and warriors killed, but has said most of the victims were women and children.
