Balla has said they have launched investigations into the detention of a group from Kosovo that was detained by the State Police as suspected of “trafficking of the “tritoli”.
Balla has expressed regret because the “instead of understanding of the fact that this operation resulted in the seizure of 203 tritooli bars, misunderstandings and resentment against the blue uniforms of the Republic of Albania”.
The lawyer, Arianan Koci, has reacted to the statements of Minister Balla, who has said that before it is declared concerning the claims of artists of the body unfairly involved in the successful police operation, it would be good to meet the results of the investigation.

Koci said Kosovars can't be pushed against the blue uniforms.

At least, I never had any remarks, nor did I hear anyone complain in blue uniforms. And some of us, we're telling them every week in Albania. In fact, I am more often in Tirana and our Albanian, Albanian coast than in Pec or Prizren.
Remember, actores have been arrested unjustly. The point is they were released in a few hours. In such operations, the police have broad legal authorization; they can arrest me and you. But the point of complaint is elsewhere - in the alleged mistreatment.
