He has said the Ohrid Agreement does not imply recognition, but normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
Hill told the Bujanovacke portal that Serbia has fulfilled much of that agreement, and the most important remaining is finding a way for Kosovo to join international organisations.

“in Kosovo, they view Association as a kind of Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but it does not have similarities with Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, each has the right to his own opinion, but not to distort the facts”, said Hill.
He has stressed that the significance of the Ohrid Agreement is “the normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia”.
The “that people going through the border do not think about politics, but about increasing their quality of life”, he said.
He stressed that he believes in normalisation because, as he said, “everything is feasible if people want to speak”.
