DUI leader Ali Ahmeti has congratulated Kosovo on the 16th independence, Ahmeti writes, among other things, that he diligently remembers those years of illegality when with ideals in the LPK and the KLA could not prevent any danger we faced.
” Every day of our free Kosovo is a memorial of the heroic resistance and sacrifice of all those who responded to its dedication to freedom. I remember today with great pride those years of illegality when with ideal friends at the LPK and the KLA could not prevent any danger facing us, Kosovo had to be freed, and for its heroic war the world must hear. Kosovo demanded nothing but its right to enjoy freedom, for which it poured out streams of blood over the years. Our clean cause triumphed, and today on the 16th anniversary of the act of independence, side by side with our brothers in Kosovo, they are opening towards the paths of European progress and future.
Eternal glory to all fallen for Kosovo freedom!
