Aktakuza against two Serbs for hooliganism in the north, Prosecution: Trying to prevent the establishment of constitutional order

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has announced that she has filed charges against two persons of Serbian nationalism for the “division in the crowd that committed criminal acts and hooliganism”.

According to the report, there is suspicion based on the fact that R.P and D.O, with other Serb defendants from Kosovo and Serbia “have actively participated in the group, respectively, the group of people with the aim of committing serious criminal acts, through the use of violence have attempted to prevent the establishment of the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo in the northern municipalities of the country of”.
