Two accused of legalising false content and other criminal acts are found guilty

The indictment in question was proclaimed Thursday by case judge Xhemajl Isufi, reports “Battle for Justice”.

The accused, Aldo Manjista, was pronounced a unique sentence in the length of 16 months, a sentence that will be executed at the 15-day term from the day of the integrity of this act.

Under the trial, the accused in the unique 16-month prison sentence would also be counted as having spent time in custody.

The seizure of two Aldo-related IDs, one in the name of Yasmin Klapija, the other in the name of Volger Foniqi, was also ordered in the declaration of this act.

However, accused Shefki Hyseni was pronounced a six-month prison sentence.

Initially, the accused Hyseni was warned by Judge Xhemajl Isufi, after Hyseni did not stand when Judge Isufi entered at the hearing of the judgment proclamation, saying he did not deserve to walk.

“I don't know if you deserve a judge just standing up for the court's sake that you weren't raised for you”, said accused Hyseni.

According to the indictment, set up on September 5, 2023 by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, defendant Aldo Majnishh on July 31st 2023, at the Civil Record Agency, the Directorate for Documents, Mitrovica, has deliberately placed in the civil registration official, since at the moment of applying for the release of IDs, issued in Bistazhin, Gjakova, in the name of Yasmin Klapija and the state of Belgium by the name of Yamin Klapi, with the intent of sending equipment to the other person's name.

The indictment says that on July 31, 2023, at the Civil Record Agency, the Directorate for Documents, Mitrovica, the defendant deliberately exploits the other person's identification tool and the exception, issued in Bishtage, Gjakova, on behalf of Yasmin Klapija.

With these actions, Manjsta was accused of committing criminal work “Legalizing false content” from Article 395, par. 1 of the Penal Code and Criminal Work “Identification and access equipment” from Article 336, par. One of the Penal Code.
