AAK Dress Hand over to the Ombudsman Law on Pension Scheme

AAK deputy Shemsedin Dreshaj has handed the Law for Pension Designation.

On the other hand, Dresaj said he expects the Constitutional Court to eliminate the measure, which he called punitive, against individuals who complete 15 years.

“I think the ombudsman will deal with this issue, while this case will be prosecuted in the Constitutional Court, while the Constitutional Court will eliminate this punishment measure against individuals who do not meet 15 years of”, he said.
