In the early hours of the morning, a quake of 7.8 degrees, after which some subsequent blows left 53,537 victims of 107,213 injured until the quake also affected the Syrian area, where thousands of people were registered.
The quake was the Antakya area, considered the most powerful earthquake since 1939.
Drills were heard in several other countries. More than 30,000 afternoons were later recorded over the next three months, and UN experts estimated that 1.5 million people remained homeless.
Turkish authorities had also recorded many damaged and intermittent communication routes.
Kosovo authorities had also reacted to the quakes, expressing readiness for help.
