A poll that has published the callo.com, and made with 111 residents shows that a high percentage of men in Kosovo do not perform any housework, while only 4.5% of them cook at home.
The data shows that in most cases men perceive themselves as assistants but not as responsible for family chores.
Kosovo ranks as the country with at least women employed in the Balkan region.
This provision was published in a study carried out by 5 nongovernmental organizations during 2023.
The research, titled “The underrated economy of women”, has provided a clear mirror for women's employment in Balkan countries.
Spreaded in Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, northern Macedonia and Albania, research drew conclusions for the serious employment challenges of women.
