The Special Anti-Corruption and Organised Crime facility has asked the Special Court for former Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha to return to house arrest.
The court will start operating for 2025 on January 3rd on the question of the Democrat leader, while the hearing is held at 10:00, reports Top Channel.
Berisha was released from house arrest on November 27th, after 11 months of isolation.
