Reagon Serbian List: CEC to act on PZAP decision to certificate us

The Republika Srpska list has reacted after the CEC's Electoral Panel for Ances and Paraseta has approved this party's complaint over the CEC's failure to hold the 9 February elections.

This party says they have respected all legal election procedures.

After attempts by Albin Kurti and his minions to illegally prevent Serbian List participation in the election through the CEC. This speaks in addition to our statement from the very beginning that the Serbian List has respected all legal election procedures and that the attempt to eliminate the Serbian List from the election process and election engineering has been done in order to favour the Kurti of Serbs fairly, and that everything is done directly under its order and politically motivated”.

They have also demanded that the CEC act according to the PZAP decision and certified the Republika Srpska List for voter turnout.

“The CEC is obliged to act on the Election Panel's decision on Anxiety and Presentation and Certificate of the Serbian List for participating in the election, and now remains to be seen whether the CEC will continue to violate its laws and rules and procedures according to direct political pressure from authorities in Pristina”, it is said in their announcement.
