Former President Bill Clinton is sent to hospital

“The president is fine,” told CNN in an interview by Angel Urena, the deputy head of Clinton's staff, adding that the former president hopes to be home by Christmas. He remains in a good mood and deeply appreciates the excellent care he is receiving. ”
Clinton, 78, was at his home in Washington when he was sent to the hospital.
The former president conducted a four-fold heart surgery in 2004 and was placed two coatings to open an artery in 2010. He was hospitalized in 2021 for an infection that spread to his blood.
Clinton was active in the campaign this fall and has held a tight schedule since elections with the publication of his new book, “citizen: My life behind the White House”
