The chairman of the Commission is suspected to have allocated subsidies worth $9,900,000 for a basketball club that was allegedly inactive. The suspect was the founder of that club.
And the alleged A.A., (north year 1977th year, Kosovar female), as monitoring the implementation of subsidies, has compiled false reports.
Police investigators from Pristina's Economic Crimes and Corruption Investigation Unit after providing information and evidence, under suspicion that suspects A. M., (born 1989 male Kosovar), in quality of the chairman of the Grand Change Commission, in the municipality of Obilic, has divided subsidies worth $9,900,000 for a basketball club, which allegedly has been inactive. The suspect was the founder of that club. And the alleged A.A., (north year 1977, Kosovar female), as a monitoring of the implementation of subsidies, has compiled false reports”, police report.
On the basis of the findings, suspicion has come up that suspects have committed criminal acts: Using official position or authority and conflict of interest
Top suspects have been interviewed in the presence of defence attorneys and by the prosecutor, suspect A. M., he's been taken to 48 hours' maintenance, while suspect A.A. has been released in regular procedure.
