Democratic League of Kosovo Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku has presented the Justice, Defence and Security programme.

He said that “The LDK with an ambitious programme responds to power propaganda”.

Among other things, he has said police will be restructured, adding the number of police officers to ensure the safety of citizens.

“Restructuring the Kosovo Police with 10,000 police officers in uniform, or over 2,000 more policemen than we now have. Police equipment with 1,200 new cars and body cameras for all patrols”, he said.

Abdixhiku has also said Kosovo needs a modern army and NATO membership.

It has reiterated pledges for military education and construction of four military barracks.

As far as justice is concerned, Abdixhik said that the vetting process would be completed until he said that justice digitisation would also be done.

With our programme, with our winning team, and with increased citizen confidence we will build a more secure and fair future for all”, Obadiah said.
