He said that the Republic of Kosovo is a very good example that economic development and democratic progress can move side by side. It was the third attack in three days that the country's institutions targeted. Prior to the target were the Zvecan Police Station and the Zvecan municipality Assembly building. It also constitutes the second large-scale attack on national security, following the pre-milial attack on September 2423 in Banjska, aimed at annexing the country's north and where a Kosovo Police Sergeant was killed and the largest and most serious attack on critical infrastructure, aimed at cutting off or challenging essential services, such as current, water and telecommunication, and the social, civic, economic and institutional disorder. The method, the target, the execution of the attack, along with the seizure of military weapons, uniforms and emblems -- the devastating majority of which from Serbia and 20 other Russia -- are indicative of the involvement of foreign actors, as investigations continue”, the report said.
