“ - Kurti defends Nagip Krasniqi, who is accused of undermining the 37m-euro state budget

The Special Prosecutor has filed a new indictment against former KEK chief Nagip Krasniqi, and two others with the Y.D. and I.Z. initials. In the report, today, the defendants were told that during the 2021-23 period, they have caused damage to Kosovo's 37m-euro budget.

Nevertheless, Prime Minister Kurti continues to strongly protect former KEK chief Nagip Krasniqi.

“Director Chief Chief Krasniqi brought 105m benefits to KEK for 2022. This has made our opponents mad, a large part of whom are in the prosecution, and this attack on the director was made because of his success, not because of his failure. Now the case is a whole procedure”, Kurt said tonight at RTK.
