Two young people from Kosovo have been caught in Morina during the search, as there were 18,000 Swiss francs and 9 150 euros in the car “Volkswagen<x1). It is learned that the money was undeclared, and they were thus seized in the quality of material testing.
Already, the prosecution has begun prosecution in a free condition against them.
Police announcement:
Border Police Investigation Experts referred to materials in the Prosecutor, where free prosecution began for Kosovo citizens 22 and 32, residents of Kosovo, for criminal work “non-recognition at the limit of money and items worth”.
Criminal proceedings for these citizens began after entering RSH, during the search on the “Volkswagen” vehicle, with national and passenger leadership, police services have found 18,000 Swiss francs and 9 150 euros, which had not declared conformive laws in force. Money was seized in the quality of material evidence.
The procedure was passed on to the Prosecutor at the Court of First Court of the General Jurydiction Kukes for further action.
