Special Court is a political creature using “justice” as a means of realising agendas against our country!

The Special Court currently presents a profound dissonance compared to the expected norms of international justice and standards of equality.

This court is far, far away from representation of justice and marked with extraordinary non-transparities.

This mechanism has repeatedly challenged the legitimacy of Kosovo's justice system. Consequently, this has caused a devalving of sovereignty and of the decision-making process within the state. This is the greatest insult to the citizen of this country.

By brutally misusing the structure and mandates Kosovo itself has given it, this Court has deliberately produced selective and unilateral narrativs by contributing significantly to imbalance between truth on the one hand and the demand for a fair and impartial process on the other.

This court has already become an irresponsible weapon standing like a sword on Kosovo's head. It has been transformed into a mechanism that is controlling the country's historical and political framework with the aim of rewriteing it.

Instead of reporting to the Kosovo Assembly representatives of this unworthy and unjust mechanism, they meet with diplomats in an effort to keep the truths of the process hidden.

There is no doubt that this unfair mechanism has been transformed into a process that conveys false messages to the international arena for the history of Kosovo, thus causing extraordinary disgust in Albanians of this country who sacrificed everything for our freedom.

It is now evident that this process against the KLA is a campaign meant to weaken any possibility of turning Kosovo into a normal, stable and independent state, using an unfair form of justice to keep everything under the control of foreign anti-Kosovo powers.

But it won't last forever. After this process has dropped the facts, this court will soon be brought down in the face of this people's steadfast desire for freedom and justice. Nothing can undermine the pride and dignity of this people. That's not what this court can do!

Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel are unkempt, because the history of Kosovo's freedom can never be erased or rewritten.

Unfortunately, Albin Kurti of Vjosa Osmani has proved to be part of the anti-agend agenda. - The KLA, with its stances or even its silence over the unjust processes of this court. The reasons are only these two, but soon we will understand the others too!
