Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has spoken of the invitation the Special Prosecutor has made to interview Prime Minister Kurti.
She has said prosecutors should not refuse Kurt's request that he be interviewed in his office.
Prosecutors should not refuse Kurt's invitation, interviewing in the prime minister's office has happened before, but these do not want to talk about it, reasons should be indicated by the prosecution itself, Haxhiu said.
If the Special Prosecutor is interested in receiving the answer from Prime Minister Kurti then freely can respond to Prime Minister Kurti's request, Haxhiu has added further.
Haxhiu also said that the Special Prosecutor had earlier beaten the invitation not in time of campaigning.
