Haradinaj said he has complained in Strasbourg after being sentenced without argument and that the Special Court has accepted material evidence.
“Human rights, so my lawyer also complained in Strasbourg, for I have taken advantage of the right that I am also a Swedish citizen. My subject has gone to Strasbourg because I'm right and I thank Toby Cadman for doing this for free, because as far as the finance that's stopped them, I couldn't even defend”, Haradinaj said at the Info Magazine.
He further said that at the Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg, they have also complained about the fact that none of the Special has been convicted of leaking files that went to the KLA's OVL offices.
