Appeals leave Montenegrin soldiers keeping their license plates “Kosovo is Serbia”

The Court of Appeals has ruled the Foundation, with which three Montenegrin citizens who went to the Decani Monastery with the license plate “Kosovo is Serbia”, has been assigned a 30-day detention measure, the time reports.
The two soldiers of the Montenegrin Army, Rajko Krivolkapiq of Dragutin Llalotovic, as well as another Malaysian citizen with M.J. initials, have been in custody since November 24th, after the license plate was held in their car with the inscription “Kosovo is Serbia” in the middle of Decani.
They have been arrested under suspicion that they have committed the criminal work of inciting hatred and failure.
