The subject of Albanian language, which at the moment we speak today, is in an unintelligible and inexplicable conflict for me at the Constitutional Court of Northern Macedonia. I don't say that leaders who believe in the Constitutional Court of other countries are wrong, but I think what Albanian has acquired as citizenship rights in northern Macedonia, it's not a Constitutional Court issue, it's not a matter of law, it's not a matter of the political parties' temporary will”, he said.
