This witness testified at the private public hearing, since it was in protective measures, reports “Justice Trust“.
The next session in this criminal case is expected to be held on January 13th, 2025.
Otherwise, during Thaci's defence hearing and questions, represented by the Limani Fulzen lawyer, it was understood that the witness was part of the Yugoslav Army before the start of the war.
After the hearings were closed and several times opened, the witness was heard saying that “I did not follow any particular task”, when asked about his post in the Yugoslav Army.
