Yusuf Thaci gives clarification to the project the LVV is accusing Hykmete Bajrami of: She denounced him.

Former Deputy Education Minister Yusuf Thaci has reacted to the platform for digitisation of education after current Deputy Minister Taulant Kelmendi accused former Prime Minister Hykmete Bajrami of the project. Kelmendi said that <x0m euro project 5.6m euros for the platform of the digitalisation of education” is “volved”, while he said that the “s of that day the money have gone and the platform has not [...]
Kelmendi said that <x0m euro project 5.6m euros for the platform of the digitalisation of education” is “and the willow”, while he said that the “s of that day money have gone and the platform is not found anywhere”.
Thaci says he and Bajrami were alarmed by what happened to the first part of this project, and thus had informed Prime Minister Albin Kurti and then Finance Minister Besnik Bislimi. As a result, it says that “has halted the approval procedure of the second part of the project and that the AugustI budget has been spared those 4-5m euros”.
Thaci says then Prime Minister Bajrami “has denounced this project and publicly in the media”.
Besides, I have to mention the fact that this “project was completed” very long before 2020, when Hykmete Bajrami was not Minister”, Thaci writes.
Complete explanation:
Public clarification on E-education platform (e-education.rks-gov.net)
Without ever wanting to get into the political battle between political parties, but driven by moral duty to defend the truth, I have to make a public explanation for the charges being made to former education minister, Science, Technology and innovation (MASHTI) Mrs. Hykmete Bajrami on E-Education platform (e-education.rks-gov.net), since at this time I was deputy minister in August, and I was personally involved in this problem.
With the beginning of the pandemic in Kosovo, like August, we have begun to investigate and explore what good, easy and accessible platforms or apps for all to use for providing distance instruction (if schools are closed and after they are closed). Among the many proposals we've received, we've been informed of the E-education platform (e-education.rks-gov.net), which is viewed by the domain, is a state platform. From this point on, we thought this might be the best way to provide distance instruction, so we have immediately tried to be informed in detail about this project. Unfortunately, no one from the UN civil and professional staff has had accurate information and documents on this. In this situation, we contacted the company that implemented this project and met with them in August. Neither has the company been able to provide full documentation for the project.
Despite our failure to find the project documentation file, given the fact that the E-education platform was in state domain (.rx-gov.net), we've asked the company to provide access to platform management, so we can see if the platforms can be used to provide distance learning. These credentials are required to submit (U.D.) Secretary General of the United States. This is confirmed by the document of March 18, 2020, published in the media today. Document is testimony to application-over of credentials for platform management e-education.rks-gov.net. Clearly, the document has nothing to do with accepting the project as a whole, because accepting the project has rules and whole other procedures. After the platform analysis, we've seen that it's a bullshit platform that doesn't help anything, no matter why over 5m euros have been spent.
To avoid that, the same project has had the second “section at a cost of about 4-5m euros (I don't remember the exact amount). Even the second part of the project has been in the process of adopting via the “international agreement” (ready in recent stages). Alarmed by what happened to the first part of this project, Minister Hykmete Bajrami and I have informed Finance Minister Besnik Bislim (because I know the procedure has only been in this ministry) and Prime Minister Kurti about this project, and as a result, the second part's adoption procedure has been halted and therefore the MASTI budget has saved those 4-5m euros.
Before completing this public clarification, I have to point out the fact that I know that Minister Hykmete Bajrami has denounced this project in the media and publicly during the time the minister was in AugustI. In addition, I have to mention the fact that this “project was completed” long before 2020, when Hykmete Bajrami was not the minister.
With respect,
Yusuf Thaci
Deputy Prime Minister at August 13th through June 3, 2020
P.S.: It's been about a year since I retired from public appearances and so I'm going to continue after this public clarification, which I was forced to do because, as I said at the outset, I was personally involved in this problem. So I had to offer the public a truth that I know, without intent of defending or accusing someone.
The charges for the million project, Hykmete Bajrami reacts: Don't manipulate
