The Guardian has reported on Wednesday that this decision was made since there is information about Russia's potential attack on Western embassies in the Ukrainian capital.
Information about Russian attacks on the embassy follows Russian President Vladimir Putin has updated the nuclear doctrine.
Air alarms have been issued in Kiev and several regions of Ukraine, calling on citizens for increased vigilance. Ukraine's National Security Council has said Moscow is trying to sow fear among residents.
