Svechla for the explosion at Zubin Potok: Akt terrorist, explosives come from Serbia's stocks

Interior Affairs Minister Xhelal Svecla has reacted after the explosion that has damaged the Iber-Lepenci channel in Zubin Potok.

He has described this case as a terrorist act, calling it an attack on a critical infrastructure.
