(2 years ago)Belgian authorities have arrested Mario Cela, the brother of Suel Chele. Samantha Cheela is a wanted person. According to SPAK, Suel Cela has been identified as the leader of an organisation responsible for managing and co-ordinating criminal activities, including murders, international drug trafficking, carrying out corrupt actions and organising money laundering schemes. According to SPAK, Suel Cela has been identified as the leader of an organisation responsible for managing and co-ordinating criminal activities, including murders, international drug trafficking, carrying out corrupt actions and organising money laundering schemes.
Meanwhile, some of the key roles were operational parts of the organisation, engaged in planning and executing serious criminal acts, including deliberate killings and narcotics trafficking.
From investigations, the SPAK has documented that this organisation has attempted to traffic large quantities of cocaine from Latin American to Europe.
According to the SPAK, there have been attempts at trafficking approximately 930kg of narcotics, the type of cocaine from Ecuador to Europe, in December 2020. Also attempted trafficking of 466 pounds [46 kg] of narcotic substance, the type of cocaine from Ecuador to the Netherlands in January 2021./abcnews. al
