The incident has been raised because the ten defendants have consistently committed criminal work: “Bler, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogo”, Article 267 paragraph 2 related to Article 275 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 and 1.9 and Article 77 KPRK's, carried out in the group.
The case concerns criminal activity committed during the 1920s 2024 years, where defendants acting as a targeted group of illegal material gain, have dealt with the illegal activity of transporting marijuana-type narcotics, aimed at selling and distributing on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo and transporting narcotics to the state of Turkey.
