Former Commander The NLA in the Nerodime operational zone, Shukri Buya, days ago received confirmation that the prosecution has closed all investigations by him.
In an interview for RTK, Buja has stressed that the prosecution's claim must always be counterindicted.
He said the KLA has been waging a liberation and fair fight against an conqueror until it sought support for former KLA leaders who are being tried in The Hague.
In battle for the freedom of the people of Kosovo, with five-year judicial battle describing their former warrior and commander's life Shukri Buya's KLA, which last week triumphed in special when all the charges suspected were dropped.
While staying in his native Lipjan, Boya calls this triumphal process the entire KLA war.
“Our legal fight will be won with the victory of the innocence of KLA leaders who are there. The issue of being present in a courtroom with them (I had been taught to embrace) was not easy for me. What motivated me was that we created the Special Court ourselves. Our parliamentarians vote has voted it out, internationals are holding it under the law that was created here. We have to argue what the prosecution claims we have fought liberation wars and that our fight has been fair against an invasion of”, Buja told RTK.
In this process, Bouja says she does not know clearly the support coming from the state of Kosovo, except to consider it to be a very small financial support.
I felt good to have defeated many arguments to the Court that we have not had an army of NATO standards. I've been trying to argue that it takes a lot of peace time to organize a regular army, while we had a lack of professional personnel during the war, we had a logistical lack of financial means, and at that stage we've been facing the fight immediately”, he stressed.
Buja, after five years, says she hosts November holidays with more special emotion.
In the absence of evidence, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has closed investigations against the former commander of the Nerodime Operative Zone, Shukri Boja, while this is the first case closed for war crimes criminal acts investigated so far by the SPS.
