He said he knows the accused very well.
I know him very well... I've had the chance (to see) during his stay in Pristina prison, since then his name was no coma, but from colleagues who called him in the corridor I learned his name was Dragisa”, Saban declared.
In question of his mistreatment, he has stated that the accused has been involved in psychological abuse when prisoners were not allowed to sleep.
“as far as psychic pressure is concerned. When we stayed the entire night yes ... they were yelling at us, threatening us”, he said.
He also said that the accused remembers both guard and in Lipjan prison.
I remember this person at Lipjan Prison. We've seen many guards there, and this... there's no one here who hasn't brought it to the 148x1... has declared Saban.
Witness Shaban also said he suspects he was on the guard cord, policemen and civilians who beat prisoners who were being transferred from the bus to the Lipjan prison.
Shaban has added that although not a hundred percent sure, he feels that the accused had beaten him once with another guard named Bradic.
I don't think so, but I'm not saying exactly, that he participated in my beating with Bradicin”, he said.
The defendant's name, the witness, has said, has been mentioned as the Guardian who has beaten prisoners like Agron Ramadani, Besim Rama and others. /Koha.net/
