The Commission for Security and Defence Affairs has not voted the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Kosovo Security Force's work regulation.
Following proposals to renegotiate some part of the regulation, the meeting has continued without media presence.
Vetevendosje Movement MP Shqipe Selimi presented her remarks to the regulation.
I have my remarks at 7 articles, at some point, but above all in the grammar of this regulation. The Albanian language is almost bastards in some articles, I'm not one of those who will vote on this regulation for my reasons. Not only as a member of the commission, I want to give my proposals on how to change it”, Selimi said.
And the other power deputy, Enver Dugolli, said language errors are not the basis for opposing regulation, given that MPs do not own schooling for linguistic grammar.
“We've been trying to do with time, we're already tight with time and if we can do accelerated procedure, if it doesn't now be adopted in this legislature it doesn't even next year have the functionality of this office. I am of reconciliation for this to be done in accelerated procedure. We as a working group have accelerated to take the step of adopting this regulation point”, Dugolli said.
While Democratic League of Kosovo deputy Anton Kuni has requested discussion of any article that finds opposition from the Commission's MPs.
According to him, this institution aims to determine the rules and methodology of work.
