It is reported that Trump will appoint Marco Rubio as Secretary of State

The newspaper has quoted three people who have said the decision is not final, but Trump seems committed to Ruby, a loyalty to Trump, whom he has not taken with him to the presidential ticket.

The other senator from Florida, Rick Scott, has congratulated Ruby through a message on the social platforms, saying that “he will revive the American leadership in the world, especially in Latin America, as he represents the United States and dignity and courage”.

The nomination of Rubio, a conventioner of Cuba's origin, would be a turning point in dealing with Trump.

In 2016, when they were racing to win the Republicans' nomination in the presidential election, Rubio called the Trump <x0->fraud” and “the most vulgar man ever intended to be president”.
