But Rama has found a time to sit down and with Serbia's President Allexandar Vuciq. During conversations with Orban, laughter has not been lacking.
The participating leaders will discuss the security challenges facing Europe at the plenary session, which will be followed by four key sessions on migration topics and economic security.
The migration session will include all aspects of migration, while the one for economic security will also discuss energy, transport, IT and global trade.
