According to the announcement, in both cases, in co-operation with national park supervisor “Sharri”, three excavors have been seized and a truck is a means of committing criminal acts, devices that were illegally degrading the environment.
Also initiated case in the direction of criminal work “Construction without permission”.
“Within the legal deadline from Prizren's Constitutional Prosecutor, in both separate cases procedures are under way in the direction of issuing the provisional restraining order and submitting the request to the court for the issuing of the final restraining order along with the corresponding interim measure”, said among other things in the announcement.
