After the pressure you give in to August, you turn the scandalous manuals away from sexual education

After a several-day debate, the ministry led by Arberie Nagavci, has decided to remove scandalous manuals from the use of sexual education.

This decision comes after many reactions regarding the content of these mitters.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation reports that it has made a decision to review the manual “Sexual Education and Reproductive Health”, adopted in 2020. For the review process, the ministry will form a commission with the most qualified experts in the country. Invited will be all relevant parties, including the Kosovo Parents' Council. This process will be conducted professionally, ethically and transparently, and with all the commitment required by law and duty.”, writes the ministry.

Also, we announce teachers and parents that the mitters will be removed from the use and from the Georgian official page until the end of the commission's review with the best experts in the country and all competent sides that provide security and clarity to this process. AugustI is the only competent institution with legal authority in this matter. On this line, any noncompetent decision by municipal institutions produces no legal effect. Together we will do our best for our children”, says the announcement.
