As reported in the PDK's announcement, the reason for the non-proliferation has been to deal with, as they say, Osman has continued to behave with the disturbing non-fulfillment of its constitutional role and function.
“Zj. Osmani as president, being both foreign policy leaders, has ultimately failed to realise any single success in representation and international co-operation of Kosovo. As president, it has not been possible for Kosovo to ensure even a single recognition, as has failed in the area of country membership in any international organisation.
Moreover, as president has continued to remain silent on measures and sanctions that the EU has imposed on Kosovo as a result of the government's destructive breach and, in no single case, has been brought in and acted as counter-balanancing of the government's wrong policies, which the country has exposed in the face of international isolation”, the PDK communique said.
“Zj. Osmani, even in the fourth year of her mandate, has continued to behave in complete disarray with her constitutional role to represent the unity of the people by demonstrating bias towards Albin Kurti.
Meanwhile, even as the Supreme Commander of the Kosovo Security Force has been silent in the face of an unprecedented scandal in failing to provide food for our army.
On the other hand, it has continued to be silent even in the face of the government's continuing corrupt relations, as has no move taken for the dismissal of energy-neighbour protagonist, Ambassador Martin Berisha, whose appointment has its seal. Furthermore, it has continued to protect Ambassador Berisha and any other scandal that occurred during this year”.
Even this year, not only has it closed its eyes to scandals and corrupt relatives of this government, but it has joined the government's campaign to attack independent institutions of justice and in the worst case has continued its constitutional violation of the state chief prosecutor's failure.
Practically instead of institutionally supporting the independence and integrity of the justice institutions, it has hampered their work, thus preventing the fight against corruption and negative” phenomena.

Unfortunately, its only contribution in these four years is to dim the role and importance of the president's institution, as well as promote polarising and divisive language on the political scene.
Such a president who reduces the position of the president's institution as a mechanism for accommodation of family and party interests does not merit the respect of the PDK Parliamentary Group”.
