Faton Peci in 2023/24 committed no less than 26 consultants to the Ministry of Agriculture, who were selected by procurement procedure, in line with the Agriculture Development Agency (AZHB).
Periscope through access to public documents has provided three-year contracts that candidates signed with these procurement procedures.
How did Pec hire these consultants to these positions?
In describing the work of 26 consultants engaged by Peci in the AZHB, they are said to perform these tasks;
“Consultual services through special services for AZHB (control) needs- according to requested specifics” (in different cities), “AZHB consulting service” - Consultant for implementation of the Direct Payment Program”) In the town of Pristina and Podujevo, “Consultant for implementation of the Rural Agriculture and Development programme” in various cities), “Legal consultant, consultant for the development of archive documentation management management, consultant for encouragement, consultant services through trade agreements, special services for the need of AZHB-KHESB-MBZZZZZECICH 1 of FDT, consulting services-Labort/compressive analysis in DVV, consultancy services for the need of DAESB-MBPZZZZZECZE Conviser Programme-Rendertation <1).
For all these services, 26 consultants are paid between 150,000 euros and 22 thousand euros, and the state costs it 44,000 euros..
