“The LDK, along with our experts, handed over our opposition to compliance/reforms in the Law for Public Officials. A law that has been passed in the Kosovo Assembly, and which has also been as the Constitutional Court's decision on the non-acceptability of certain acts involving interference in public administration”, Zemaj said.
“The LDK thinks we shouldn't have a politicised administration, especially an administration we've been working hard for is independent to exercise duties according to law and constitutional law...”, he said before the media.
On October 30th, power deputies adopted amendments to the Law for Public Officials, which, among other things, allow the position of taskeers a year plus a year, from 6 plus 6 months now.
During the vote on this law, opposition MPs were not in session. In their statements, however, they had criticised the Government's approach to changing this law. /Periscopi
