The prime minister's office has made it known the final agenda for the joint meeting, where 10:30 -- 10:45 -- is expected to reach delegations and then the prime ministers' arrival.
Following the official ceremony and joint photography, Prime Ministers Kurti and Mickoski are expected to hold a bilatheral meeting, followed by bilateral meetings between government ministers and the intergovernmental meeting.
Signing the previous agreements is expected to take place after the meeting.
Kurti and Mickoski will also hold a press conference.
In contrast, since 2022, the Kosovo government and Albania have not held joint meetings.
After the annulment of Albania's prime minister to the 2023 meeting, no date has yet been set for the two governments to meet.
