IPKO has successfully organised the Second Cyber Security Conference in Kosovo, an extraordinary event that gathered over 400 participants and marked an important step in strengthening digital defence in the region.

At first on Conference, The IPKO presented a special documentary telling its story as the leader of telecommunication in Kosovo. The documentary highlighted technological achievements and innovations that have transformed the country's digital landscape, while also underlining IPKO's commitment to the community and the challenges it has overcome over the years. This inspiring narrative brought to focus progress, influence and vision that has guided our journey for a quarter century.

IPKO Executive Director opened the conference, Mr. Andras Paul, who stressed the company's commitment to strengthening cyber defence and facing the increasing dangers challenging digital systems. Mr. Paul explained that IPKO has taken important steps to secure its networks and infrastructure, co-operating closely with international partners and investing in technoAdvanced options to offer Sustainable protection for all users.

The conference received broad support from some of the best-known companies in the cyber security field, including Telekom Slovenije, DAI, Ericsson, Bitdefender and CyberArk. With their presence as key partners and speakers, these companies stressed the importance of international co-operation to develop sustainable solutions for protection from widespread threats globally.

Participants had the opportunity to enjoy deepening presentations and rich discussions on current cyber security topics. IPKO and Telekom Slovenije realised a joint presentation on awareness of cybernetic threats and Operation Security, focusing on the necessary measures to cope with ongoing risks. A key moment of the conference was the presentation on Internet Information Security ( The IoT, where risks and protective measures related to the technology were discussed, providing a demonstration of cyberattack freedoms in an ITT device.

Discussion yanel about Cyberetic Security in Kosovo

One of the most important conference moments was the panel on “Current statusi Kibernetic Security in Kosovo”, where experts reviewed the country's opportunities and challenges in efforts to cope with cyber threats. Conference panels included representatives of key institutions and organisations, including Andras Pauli, CEO of IPKO,Vesna Prodnik, CTO and board member inTelekom Slovenije, Artan Dresey, director of the Department for Cyber Security. And the Administration of Systems Kosovo government Edmond Shyti, Security Project Management Specialist Cybernetic and energy in U n AID, Arbnor Imer, Researchers Cybernetic Security in Sense and CISO Sorted in opening order ProCredit Bank Kosova. They discussed efforts and challenges to strengthen cyber security at the national level, highlighting the importance of co-operation between different sectors and building capacities for protecting important data and systems.

The emphasis on the need for continued education and strengthening of the legal infrastructure for cyber security was an important step towards building capacities and co-operation between public and private institutions.

The conference provided an excellent opportunity for increased awareness and development of joint strategies for cyber security protection, giving Kosovo a golden opportunity to play a leading role in dealing with threats challenging today's digital world.

The Second Cyber Security Conference, organised by IPKO, was not simply a discussion of cyber risks, but a call for joint action, co-operation and innovation. With strategic partnerships with global leaders of Industry and panelists from more important institutions, This conference marked a turning point for Kosovo's digital future.
