International responses to Serbia's goal of judicial jurisdiction in Kosovo, the Serbian List: Hipporizi, what do you want?

Serbia's government at the end of last month has announced that it has approved a draft law for “organising and competence of Serbian judicial authorities” in the pursuit of criminal acts committed on Kosovo's territory, as well as another bill for Kosovo's proclamation as the “area of special social protection”.
Serbia received immediate criticism from the US, the European Union and Germany, which said these bills violate Serbia's obligations in the Brussels dialogue.
But with those reactions, List Srpska, the main party of Serbs in Kosovo supported by Belgrade, is satisfied. This party complained about “hipocryrizi” and “doubled standards” against Serbia and the Serbian people.
“Hipocryrisia, paradox, noncompliance and the international community's double standards towards Serbia and the Serbian people are best reflected in the condemnation sent to our country because the Republic of Serbia is planning to adopt the Law for judicious jurisdiction on Kosovo territory, and at the same time they demand that Serbia prosecute Milan Radojciqi and others who were part of the conflict in Banjska. We're just asking ourselves, what do you really want?
On Wednesday, EU spokeswoman Nabila Masrali said Serbia has acted contrary to its pledges in dialogue with Kosovo under the bloc's mediation.
“Government of Serbia bills in the way they are published present clear violations on Serbia's part of obligations from dialogue and are contrary to the newly expressed re-compliance for dialogue”, Massrali said.
Even the US State Department reacted through spokesman Matthew Miller, who said the US agrees with the EU that Serbia's move constitutes a violation of dialogue agreements.
“We agree with the EU that Serbia's bill claiming legal jurisdiction in Kosovo violates the obligations of dialogue. Each, Kosovo and Serbia must implement the 2023 agreement, including Association and solutions [delayed from] dialogue for all citizens, including Serbs in Kosovo”.
Meanwhile, Germany's Foreign Ministry has called on Serbia on Friday to review newly adopted bills for judicial jurisdiction in Kosovo and to declare Kosovo “zone of special social protection”.
In a letter to the X, Germany joined the stand of the United States and the European Union that the government of Serbia has violated obligations from the Brussels dialogue by adopting these bills, which are expected to come out for a vote in Parliament.
“We call on Serbia and Kosovo to implement the Ohrid Agreement without delay, including the Association of Serb majority municipalities”.
