(2 years ago)The Federation of Kosovo Health Unions has decided to continue with protests. So on December 05, 2024, there will be the next protest. The FSSHK's announcement said the protest decision was taken at the extraordinary chairmanship meeting in 26.11.2024, where the main challenges facing the health sector [...] were discussed.
With this protest, The FSSHK expresses deep dissatisfaction with the social dialogue with the Ministry of Health, failure to agree with the government's proposal for a small increase in the Koefian of 0.5, the nonsignation of the Municipal Sector Contrat, as well as the disregard of the Health Ministry's protest to FSSHK's demands. FSSHK points out that these actions hinder improvement in working conditions and the development of a more stable and fair health system for all health professionals.
