All these violations, as Periscopi learns, have been announced by the government's responsible bodies, VVU structures, as well as the Peja Prosecutor, but are still not known what measures have been taken.

This open tender by the University of Pec had envisioned the value of 400,000 euros, however against the criterion of making this contract, the same was signed for the price of 46 thousand euros.
The winning company “AB Group”, which owner/actionaries have Behar Dyla's husband of Fadile Dula has been awarded contracts through negotiated procedures, or otherwise already known as a single-source contract.
