The MPB has also congratulated citizens on the holiday.
“Based on Law No. 03L-064 for Official Festivals in the Republic of Kosovo, we announce that in honour of the 28 November Festival, Thursday, November 28, 2024, will be a holiday. Congratulations November 28th”, follow the announcement.
The 28 November festival marks Albania's independence day, where various activities are organised.
