The CEC is the only constitutional institution responsible for organising elections in the Republic of Kosovo.
Meanwhile, for the first time since declaring independence, the government is trying to intervene in the work of this independent institution by proving that contrary to the Constitution and the laws in power become part of the election organisation!
The Central Election Commission, its chairman, must publicly and clearly reject these trends of government and guarantee citizens and political subjects participating in the elections in fair and fair electoral process, thus making it impossible for the party state's thinking in the government to violate such a weight and importance process for democracy in the country.
