Explosion in Zubin Potok, Osmani: Serbian criminal gangs have lost any battle with Kosovo institutions, citizens show calm and caution

The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has reacted after the explosion in the Iber-Lepenci channel, announcing that Kosovo partners have offered their help in sancing damages.

Ousmane invites citizens to be cautious and quiet.
