Defence Ministry Gets Property of Dumosh Airport in Podujevo at management

The Ministry of Defence and the Kosovo Security Forces have indicated that from today they have obtained properties at the Dymosh Airport, which they called strategic points for boosting the country's defence and security.

Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia said placing KSF soldiers in Dumosh Airport properties is a significant development for security and stability in the region, while adding that this date coincides with the birthday of Kosovo's Hero, strategist and the inspiration of liberation war, Zahir Pajaziti.

This step strengthens the presence of KSF in the region of Llap and Gollaku, providing additional security for residents of this area, better and faster support for reactions, as well as for operations in case of civil emergencies”, Macedonia said.

He added that this decision shows the commitment of Kosovo institutions to strengthen military capacities and contribute to a safer environment.
