-Advanced Bill for the Mediterranean Games XXI Pristina 2030.
-Not a non-refusive opinion. 08/L-329 for changing and fulfilling Law No. 04/L-131 for the State-funded Pension Schemes Changed and Complete With Law No. 08/L-248” In line with the thought given by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers, it is estimated that a complete reform of the pension system is necessary to create a stable and comprehensive pension security system in Kosovo. A sweeping reform of the pension system is scheduled to start by next year. So this initiative does not present a sustainable and structural solution.
-Agreeed to the Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union on arrangements to implement Union support for Kosovo under the Reform and Growth Instrument. With this agreement, the legal framework for implementing EU support for Kosovo is defined in the period 2024-2027, as the IPA III supplementary instrument. This instrument meets the goal of accelerating structural reforms and growth.
-Agreeed to the Credit Agreement Ratification Bill between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers and International Development Association for the “Education in Early Child and Care for the Kosovo Human Capital”. The approach of children to institutions of education and care in early childhood, as well as improved quality of institutions that offer these services, for children between the ages of 0 and 6. Through this credit, construction of several new centers of education and early - childhood care services is available, and in case the renovation of existing centres is needed.
The Bill on Ratification of the Credit Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers and International Development Association for the “Compas” Kosovo's comprehensive approach to strengthening the Health System”. This agreement has been negotiated and finalised to advance the country's sustainable development. As well as strengthening institutional capacities and governance for quality care in Kosovo's health system. This will enable Government to strengthen components of the health system of key importance to quality care, development of the Integrated Health Information System (“SIK”
-Agreed to the Voula Bill. This bill defines the shape and content of the seal, the procedure for the way it works, uses, preserves, as well as the responsibilities of using the seal in the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
Adopted the Bill for the Education Inspectorate in the Republic of Kosovo. The aim of this bill is to address and oversee the implementation of applicable legislation in all public and private institutions, which provide educational, educational and skilled services.

Updated the Strategic State List for Military Goods, referring to the European Union's Joint Military List. This decision is a transformation of the common position of the EU council, which defines common rules for controlling technology exports and military equipment. Thus, it is about goods that are controlled by national security, foreign policy, public security, or human rights.
) appointed the Commission for the review and establishment of actual state formalism and incompatibles with the real estate Rights Record, with this composition:

I allocated 50 thousand euros to the Co-ordination Council of the Family Associations of the Missing Kosovo, in order to organise activities to raise the issue of missing persons by violence during our liberation war outside the borders of the Republic of Kosovo.
I split 56,760 euros for the implementation of projects through agreements with United Nations troops.
I allocated 10,000 euros for the reimbursement of various taxes paid by Kompact Funds, as defined in the Millennium Programme Implementation Agreement.
The Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers' application for savings and division was approved. The value of savings in various institutions is 20,027,381.00 euros as much as the value of divisions.
I split 6,624,701 euros for the implementation of Mass 4.6 ) Public Enterprise Support under the Economic Renewal Pack.

The decision was adopted to ask the president of the Republic of Kosovo to authorise the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers for signing the Social Security Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers and the Republic of Croatia, represented by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy. Through this agreement, citizens of the two states will be allowed free movement to work and realise their rights, such as contributed age pensions, family pensions, disability work pensions, and the right to pension from the second pillar. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who have worked for a long time in the Republic of Croatia will be allowed, after reaching retirement age, to have the right to receive this pension in Kosovo.
The decision was adopted by the president of the Republic of Kosovo to grant authorisation to the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers for the signing of the Social Security Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers and the Republic of Austria, represented by the Federal Ministry for Social Affairs, Health, Attention and Protection of Consumer”. Just as with Croatia, through this agreement, it will be possible for Kosovo citizens who have been working a long time in the Republic of Austria, so that after reaching retirement age, they will have the right to take this pension to Kosovo. So, you will be allowed the right to join the contribution periods (work stations) in order to complete the pension, in cases where it is not possible to meet the legal conditions for retirement in Kosovo or Austria.
The Initiative for Linking the Grant Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the “Trade and Transport Exchange in the Western Balkans”. The amount of the deal is $13m to assist in funding the Project.

We approved the State Strategy for Sports 2025-2030 and Action Plan 2025-2027.
I allocated 150 thousand euros for the implementation of projects through agreements with the United Nations Ministry of Communities and Kthim troops, respectively, for the project to build homes for non- Roma communities, Ashkali, Egyptian in the Ferizaj Community.
